In August of 2009 I had some thoughts of remodeling our kitchen, so when I heard an ad on the radio for Thayer-Stone I made it a point to listen. I was impressed with the ad but was unable to get the number. The next time I heard it I was able to write it down and convinced my husband to give them a call. CAN I SAY...FREE ESTIMATE!!!!!! Within a week Terry Thayer was at our house discussing the possibility of a complete remodel with us. After he left, my husband and I both had the feeling that we liked him and trusted him. We were traveling a lot at the time and had to correspond many times by email. We told Terry that we would be getting other prices and we did go elsewhere. There we spent $100 for an estimate and were not able to do much more than view the design drawing. While on the road we waited to hear from both companies and the only one that was consistent with emails was Terry Thayer. He sent us a beautiful drawing designed by very skilled designers in his company and we were allowed to keep it, study it, and discuss it while still on vacation. Of course, the budget was a major factor and we felt like his prices were fair.

After the contract was signed we started moving really fast. There were so many positives with this experience that I know I will not remember them all. Terry and his designers were so attentive to all our needs and wants and were extremely knowledgeable in kitchen design/cabinetry. Terry's desire is for his clients to be 100% happy when the job is done. He has the most competent and professional workers that we never once had one of those nightmare remodels that you hear about or see on TV. Our experience was totally awesome. Our neighbors came in to see the job at the very end and all they could say was, "Each wall in this kitchen is a WOW wall!" People can't believe our BEFORE and AFTER. Thank you, Terry and Company!!!
